Hello, I'm Heather...
As a labor & delivery nurse I’ve had the privilege to be with thousands of birthing people and their families during 20 years working in Seattle hospitals. Now I'm using my personal and professional experience to support pregnant and postpartum individuals with their emotional and mental well-being as a perinatal health coach.
If you're feeling anxious and overwhelmed during pregnancy and need supportive presence, I offer the perspective of an experienced guide.
If you arrive home after having your baby and you feel lost to yourself, I can accompany you through the hard moments as you find your way.
If you need support trying to prioritize how to get through the early postpartum weeks and months I can help you with a postpartum support plan to prioritize your top needs.
If you’re months into postpartum and still feeling isolated or weighed down by quiet anxiety, I’m here to listen with understanding and without judgment.
During our 1:1 coaching sessions, I offer a compassionate, steady presence that honors your experience with kindness and care.
I help you access your inner wisdom and joy and gently guide you back to the light, strength, and resiliency that already live within you.
I offer practical support with grounding tools, confidence‑building strategies, and clear information as you move through this life transition.
