While pregnancy, new parenthood or perinatal loss are shared human experiences, no two individuals or families go through these major transitions the same. We are not meant to do it alone!
During our coaching sessions, you can be held in a safe and compassionate space, learn to process the emotions that arise and practice grounding techniques. Together we will focus on the challenges you’re experiencing and form strategies to help you thrive in this dynamic and difficult season of life.
Personalized sessions to focus on your family's specific needs and challenges. Some possible themes might include:
Fertility challenges
Review labor & birth process
Birth/Postpartum support planning
Transition to parenting
Breast/chest feeding support
Boundary setting with family/Communication
Identity shifts and relationship changes
Birth trauma reflection and processing
Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders
Grief and Loss - pregnancy, infant or fetal death, abortion
NICU stays, infant separation and bonding challenges
Unexpected physical changes in pregnancy or postpartum
Support for birthing person and non-gestational parents
(fathers, same-sex and adoptive parents)
In our work together, I’ll support your resiliency so that you emerge more empowered to maximize your healing and well-being. If it becomes clear that a client is experiencing perinatal mood or anxiety changes that are beyond my scope as a coach and nurse, I can assist with community resources and referrals to mental health providers.
